Anna Graca mezzo-soprano

Anna Graca was educated in Sweden, where she attended the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, studying with Kerstin Wahlström-Olsson.  She has just completed the postgraduate opera course at the Royal Academy of Music, London, where she studied with Joy Mammen and Iain Ledingham.  Her awards and scholarships include the Josephine Baker Trust, the Hope & Pryor Award, the Gålöstiftelsen and an award in memory of Marianne Hillerud.

On the concert platform she has sung the Christmas Oratorio, St. John Passion, the Bach Magnificat, the Mozart Requiem (in the Stockholm Concert Hall), Dixit Dominus, the Pergolesi Stabat Mater, the Petite Messe Solennelle and the Vivaldi Gloria.  She has also sung with the Swedish Radiochoir

At the Royal Academy, she has appeared on stage as Mrs. Chin A Night at the Chinese Opera, Sirena Rinaldo, L’Amour Dardanus, Laura Iolanta, La Ciesca Gianni Schicchi, Zerlina Don Giovanni and Female Chorus The Rape of Lucretia.  She has also been engaged by Garsington Opera and the Royal Opera Stockholm.  Roles studied include Siebel, Hänsel, Cherubino, Dorabella, Second Lady, Romeo I Capuletti e i Montecchi, and Komponist.

Recent engagements: Zerlina for Clonter Opera, Glyndebourne Opera Touring, Flora L’incoronazione di Dario for Garsington Opera.

Current season/future plans: Glyndebourne Opera Touring.
