A graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Lucinda is currently on the Opera course at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, studying with Kathleen McKellar Ferguson and supported by the RSAMD Trust, South Square Trust, The McGlashan Charitable Trust and the Matthew Hodder Charitable Trust.
Her oratorio repertoire includes the Bach Magnificat, the Vivaldi Gloria, Messiah, Requiem (Howells), Oratorio de Noël (Saint-Saëns), Mass in G Minor (Vaughan Williams).
Her operatic roles include Cretan Woman Idomeneo for the Edinburgh International Festival/ Radio 3, Cherubino (Shadow) Le Nozze di Figaro for Scottish Opera, Irene Theodora and Ino Semele for the High Wycombe Handel Festival, Third boy The Magic Flute and Stewardess (cover) Flight for British Youth Opera. For RSAMD: Madelaine Kaspar Hauser (Rory Boyle) and Hélène Bezukhova War and Peace. She has also performed in selected opera scenes from Hänsel und Gretel and Le Nozze di Figaro (Aberdeen Festival), A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Cosi Fan Tutte and Albert Herring (RSAMD), Carmen (GSMD) and Falstaff (RAH).
